DAY 6

1/5/22, SUNDAY

The day started with the assembly by Group 5 (APJ Abdul Kalam group). It was followed by a session on “Inclusive Education” by Shri. KL Nagaraju (Assistant Commissioner Rtd, Bengaluru Region). The guest speaker stressed the importance of including the groups with special needs into our educational system and the areas in which library can also be made a part of inclusive education. Soon after, the participants were carried away by the stirring session by Sri Rajendran (TA, ZIET Mysore) on communication skills and the ways to improve communication. It was truly an interactive session in which the participants were involved in group activities on communication in English. The third and the fourth session was a hands-on session on e-Granthalaya, and its installation which was helpful and most important to the participants.
